As one of the first few vendors we worked with for our wedding, I am disappointed with my overall experience on the photoshop day with the Korean photographer and Korean make up artist.
At certain point of the photoshoot, the photographer showed displeasure when I mentioned to the assistant that I find the bouquet doesn’t match the coloured gown. Not too sure the real reason behind such behaviour but it is unacceptable.
The make up artist on the other hand did not follow thru and touch up my make up and hair during the first and second gown. When told that my hair looked flat, the only thing she did was just spraying abit of hairspray.
The accessories available were limited. The hair clip that was use on me for my first gown was outdated. When I asked for it to be removed, no alternative was offered. Onto the coloured gown, a black bow was offered. I then asked if there were any option available, the answer was no.
Most importantly, she was nowhere to be found when I was done with the photoshoot.
I also had to highlight to the team about my shoe mismatching the main gown. And asked whether I could used the one display in the changing room. The fact that you guys worked with so many couples and influencer, I think you guys can do better than that.
